Privacy & data
Last updated 7 June 2026
This site belongs to Worth It GCV, the company behind Unspool, the coaching practice of Stijn Van Haute in Antwerp, Belgium. This notice explains what personal data the site handles, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not to bury you. Questions are welcome at stijn.vanhaute@gmail.com.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Worth It GCV (the company behind Unspool), Antwerp, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0673.780.707, reachable at stijn.vanhaute@gmail.com. There is no separate data protection officer; you can always reach me directly.
What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form, you share your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. These are used for one thing: to read your note and reply.
The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before any agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). Your message is delivered by email through Resend, a processor operating in the EU region. I keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry, and through any coaching that follows; after that it is deleted.
Booking a conversation
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, embedded from its EU instance. If you schedule a conversation, Cal.com processes the name, email, and time you enter in order to make the appointment. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.
Analytics, without cookies
To understand in the broadest terms how the site is used, I use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool I host myself. It sets no cookies, builds no profiles, and does not follow you across other sites. The data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to consent to on arrival. The booking widget may set functional cookies if and when you use it, purely to make the calendar work.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to stijn.vanhaute@gmail.com and I will act on it.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version always lives at this address.
